By 2010, Austin and his brother Zander were already working together on small entrepreneurial projects: independent consulting, a clothing brand inspired by the Founding Fathers and their faith, and the earliest formation of Stars and Stripes — a musical brand that produced custom branded songs for gymnastics centers across the country. These formative years were not solo work; they were the beginning of a long-running partnership that would define every venture since. The brothers established a working style built on relationships first, faith at the center, and a willingness to build from scratch.

Co-founded with Zander in 2014, Gymnastics USA has grown from a 25,000-square-foot facility into a 50,000-square-foot campus, today the largest gymnastics center in Florida history. It serves nearly 2,500 active students and tens of thousands of families over the course of its growth, creating and supporting hundreds of jobs and becoming a defining part of the children's activity industry in West Orange County.
